Amazing service

This was such a wonderful stay. The location was wonderful and the room was lovely, but the staff was above and beyond. Catarina was just so lovely, and made us feel so welcome. She made sure we knew how to get to the property, and welcomed us so warmly. We had an early morning the next day and she made us a delicious box for breakfast and lunch. So far this has been the highlight of our trip to Italy.

Everything is pretty good with the exception of the breakfast lady that is always upset and has no sense of hospitality! Like she is doing you a favor and don’t want you there! Rest of the staff is friendly, specially in the front desk!

Location is perfect and staff are wonderful. The comfort room was dated for the amount this costed us, but we are overall happy. Not the best deal we got in Italy but we understand that the Amalfi Coast is not cheap!

Staff kept in contact with us before checking in, were very helpful with booking excursions and providing breakfast outside of breakfast hours due to early excursion departure time. Room was very clean and location is extremely walkable to port, restaurants and shopping.

Excellent stay in the city of Sorrento! Ciara and Angelica among others were really very pleasant and welcoming ! Accommodated to all our needs including breakfast box when we had to leave early and when we arrived late at the hotel ! The hotel is clean, rooms are safe although not as spacious however the hotel is located in Sorrento Center and very close to all the restaurants cafes and shops

Location was absolutely perfect! We were able to walk everywhere. It's right in the middle of a Piazza near all kinds of restaurants and shops and about a 10 minute walk to the ferry. Such a cute area and would recommend it to anyone! It was clean, modern and we had a room with a great view of the Piazza and from the other side the sea with Mt. Vesuvius in the background! It was July and very hot and the air conditioning was incredible. Great communication with the staff prior to arrival and breakfast is an option as well. Also has an elevator which was necessary for us with heavy luggage. Couldn't have asked for anything more!

Excellent property in the perfect location! Walkable to everything in Sorrento. Even before we arrived, Caterina and all the staff were so responsive, helpful and kind. They ensured we had a wonderful stay and our room was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

Our stay at the La Piazzetta in Sorrento. The location is perfect and close walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the beach. Our room was beautiful with a balcony and all the amenities we needed. The most amazing service. CATERINA is fantastic and helped us with everything we needed. She assisted us with private transports, excursions, restaurants, and anything else we needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Sorrento!
