Peace & Quiet -What's that like?

We stayed two nights. We were hoping for a quiet stay & staff advised the hotel had little occupancy. The second night a group of very loud Canadians were placed next door who visited till nearly 11 pm. They might as well have been in our room! Simultaneously, overhead, a couple of very heavy people were placed by staff. Perhaps it was a couple who just walked heavily(as my wife speculated), but it was loud! Went on all night. Must have been insomniacs. Anyway, totally unnecessary to place people in rooms near each other when the hotel has little occupancy. Great self serve breakfast, free wine, beer or well drink each evening. Friendly folks running the breakfast and the bar. I'd give these folks a 10.

It closed the convention center, just across the river. short drive or walking distance. You get free parking, a free breakfast buffet/a drink ticket per day with some chips. The hotel room and the bed are comfy. Just be aware the Google map about charging information for this location is incorrect, it is not a Tesla charge destination.

WiFi was quite poor and I wasn't able to complete simple tasks for work. The rooms were nicer than expected and I hate to complain about wifi but it was a challenge. Elevators smelled terribly too haha.

It’s a great spot close to a lot of activities next to downtown. Lots of late night car noise made for a bit of a challenge but once that died down everything else was great.

The location and access to the riverfront was perfect. Hopping on a Lime scooter and going on an adventure and easy access to the convention center for our event was ideal.

This was a very comfortable place to stay. They were amazing at accomadating us with an extra room when our family found themselves unexpectedly without a room. The hot tub hours were awesome! Enjoyable and full bar and restaurant was awesome.

Hotel in great location if attending event at Convention Center. Excellent location to Riverwalk area. Hotel was average. Our room was immediately off lobby, it was for us with pets. Our dog is a very small breed their bark is their warning not their bit. Every voice, door closing, engagement at lobby desk, chats, elevator loading and unloading he barked. The room next door complained, up til midnight grabbing each barking him at each session. No one’s fault but this room location was terrible, even if we had no dog. Staff was friendly and understanding of both parties. Note: sign in parking lot says not responsible for loss in parking lot.
