We travel 5-6 times a year.. We were greeted by Nas, he provided the best check in experience I've had at any hotel. He was genuinely caring and kind, we were happy with the hotel within a minute of talking to him. He made sure we were taken care of and knew everything about the hotel. He asked what we were interested in and then drew a map showing the appetizers, drinks, hot cocoa, how to get to the spa from our room. I recently invited my back, so he switched our rooms and our us right next to the elevator so I wouldn't need to walk too far. The other staff were great too. We watched at 10pm as a little girl started crying when they ran out of hot cocoa and two employees jumped up and ran to take care of the her. The room was great, they are a nice size and a really comfortable space to be in. The hotel is clean and well cared for. Good parking, safe area, lots of restaurant options around. This hotel will be our first choice in Spokane/Spokane Valley moving forward.

Window was stuck open about 6”. Heater wouldn’t respond to correct setting, got too warm and wouldn’t shut off until room was way too warm. Had to regulate at night by getting up to change settings. Breakfast had good choices except potatoes were cold. Service at breakfast was excellent!

Clean and beautiful room, friendly staff, and a real breakfast (not just microwaved). They even offer a free cocktail and soup/salad in the evening. Right across the road from a mall so many options for eating, etc. I will stay here again for sure if I'm in Spokane.

The room was clean & nice. Wasn't real fond of coffee in room but the coffee in breakfast room was awesome! Always enjoy the soup & salad in the evenings & the complimentary drink. The complimentary breakfast is always good & appreciated.
