The staff were courteous, willing to answer all the questions I had while checking in and even made sure to get me a room in my preferred area. Was also able to get my keycard recoded in the morning after it stopped working.

The bed base protrudes out of the mattress and we often got hurt walking around the room. Consider putting pillow or something around bed corner as soon as you get in room

The room was not as advertised- the reality was a cheap version of the pictures shown. It was loud, the pillows had cases but not covers, and the mattress cover was stained. The location is great. We packed up our things and left, walking a couple blocks down to a different hotel at 8:30 at night.
