Nice entrance foyer and bedrooms were clean and spacious. Dark furniture in the room gave it a dated look but no real gripes. We had French doors leading out onto a veranda which was nice and the shower and bathroom were immaculate. Easy walking distance to Liberation Square and the harbours. Breakfast was nice with ample choice.

Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. She allocated me a bigger room than what I had originally paid for, which was very much appreciated. The entrance to the hotel looks very smart with sculptures and chandeliers, but unfortunately the rooms are rather dated. No air conditioning, the room was far too warm, but unfortunately the fan which was supplied in the wardrobe did not work. Staff were all helpful, but the down side for me was the dated rooms and the breakfast being lukewarm. I was the first to arrive when the doors opened, so it hadn't been sat out for anytime. If visiting Jersey again I would stay somewhere else next time.

Hotel was clean although rooms a bit dated. Breakfast was excellent, evening meal a la cart menu, bit pricey but worth trying. Staff were friendly although keen to kick you out of the pool area at 10pm so no quiet outside drinks for the smokers! Happy hour 4-6pm, pint at £4 during. 15 minute walk to King Street area.

A very comfortable hotel within easy walking distance to centre, bus station and beach. Breakfast good with plenty of choice. It was hot in the room which makes sleeping a little uncomfortable during warm weather.

Not the best.

Hotel was just ‘OK’, I think it was below average especially the room. Very stuffy, towels have seen many, many washes. Bathroom toiletries were nice but no way did the hotel want you to use them too much, a tiny bit at a time, and I mean tiny. No internet Saturday night and when I’d about it was told, “will look at it the next day”. Not a lot of good that was. Bed was comfy, breakfasts were good and staff was friendly and most times helpful. Would not stay there again as can get a better room for less in a more convenient location on the Island.

The hotel was very clean and tidy. The staff were very helpfull and friendly. We liked decor and atmosphere. The bar and resturant was very comfortable. The pool area was pleasant, the pool could do with heating. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice and hot. Dinning room. The hotel is well positioned for town,transport and sea front.

Great location in St Helier, easy walk to town and seafront. Lovely pool area (though the pool itself was 'refreshing'!) and polite staff. We had a family room, which consisted of two rooms so our daughter had her 'own' room (but could only be accessed through the main room, so safe for little ones too). Lovely and quiet in the rooms, even on Jazz night!
