Nice hotel pleasant staff

Pros - central location, walking distance to beach, plenty parking spaces, pleasant staff, Cons - awkward turn into hotel drive, evening meal average and served cool, duvets too hot, seagull swimming in pool.

Great views and lovely staff.

Pros: Great position for exploring the island, and wonderful views. Comfortable bed and very clean hotel. Cheery staff. Great choice at breakfast.
Cons: Hot plates at breakfast for the hot food. Stronger decaf tea. Air con in the bedrooms. We had an average evening meal and ate elsewhere other days.
Location: It is well located for St Helier, Jersey Zoo, Orchid Nursery, Jersey Tunnels, Botanical Gardens, castles, and many beaches. All within 20 mins drive.
The hotel is on top of a hill with amazing views across St Aubins Bay. It gets the sun for most of the day, and the sea view rooms with balconies face south west. We watched the sun set every evening. There are outdoor terraces and a pool too. The staff were always extremely helpful and the room and hotel very clean. Parking was good although you have to go up another road and come down the one outside the hotel to access the drive. The gardens were lovely. You need a car staying here if you have reduced mobility. The team can arrange day tours of the island. The bed was very comfortable but there is no air con on warm nights. You can of course open the balcony door or the window but you may just hear distant traffic. Other reviews have mentioned fans available at request. If the breakfast plates were hot and the evening meal better, I would have scored 5. I would return on a B&B basis.
