First, I booked a handicap room with a walk in shower for my parents and aunt because they are disabled and they arrived at the hotel to be told they have overbooked and did not have a handicap room available (and the hotel tried to blame Expedia but that is not how it works). They ended up with a regular room but they were not able to shower as they could not get into the bathtub due to their disabilities. The entire room was so small - being they use walkers, there was not much space to move around. Also, the room was extremely hot and could not get it cooled down. The walls must have been paper thing because they heard all conversations and laughter throughout the night. The beds were too hard and extremeley high and they had trouble getting on the bed. Would not recommend this hotel due to their deception of not only giving away the handicap room we paid for (luckily Expedia is awesome and refunded us the difference) but also what is advertised as spacious rooms. Hopefully, Expedia will relook at the contract with this hotel as it gives a bad look on them.
