There was a pub just outside of the hotel, i literally heard the music in my roam until 3am every night it was impossible to sleep I m chocked you didn't say it cleary to customers that is a place to party not to sleep

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. Unfortunately, being so centrally located does mean at times there is some city noise beyond our control. We do however have complimentary ear plugs should any of our guests feel disturbed. I regret not being informed of your dissatisfaction during your stay as we have a 24 hour reception team who would have been happy to move you to a room at the back of the property. Hotel in convenient position

The hotel room was overall fine. However we found it a bit overpriced, especially since it is located over a night club that luckily it was closed during our stay. I would recommend to Ebookers to add this inconvenient feature in the description of the hotel.

nice place to stay

Spacy nice room. Very clean. Noisy. But what to expect if you stay in a area of Dublin famous for it's nightlife with many nightclubs nearby.

Good budget hotel

The location is great, the staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and warm. The TV in the room only had 3 channels, which could be improved. It is quite noisy at night, so I'd recommend ear plugs, but having stayed in Dublin city hotels before I'm aware that noise at night is almost unavoidable. I also noted that my key card stated the check out time as 11am, whereas the confirmation email I received listed 12pm as the check out time. I'd stay here again, it was worth what I paid for it.

Great hotel...if you are deaf

First off, no way should this property be classed as a 3 star hotel. Guest house maybe, but not a hotel. Another member of my party also booked a room with Camden Deluxe using another website which classes it as 2 star, which paints a more realistic picture. Of course you get what you pay for, and yes its cheap, but to call it a 3 star hotel is completely misleading and unfair. Secondly, it is above a nightclub which is open on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights and is incredibly noisy. The nightclub is mentioned in the hotel description, but I didn't think it could be THAT bad seeing as the place managed to get accredited (supposedly) as a 3 star hotel. Don't expect to get any sleep at all between 10pm and 4am on any of these nights. When we raised this with the receptionist, she said "We can't be expected to include the decibel level on our website". Actually, I disagree, in a hotel like Camden Deluxe where the noise level is excessive, I think they should be more specific and transparent about it. They certainly shouldn't take bookings for young children on any of these nights (I was travelling with my four year old). The rooms themselves were ok; for what we'd paid I didn't have high expectations. Wasn't too impressed when I found a giant centipede scuttling along the skirting boards though! The redeeming feature of this 'hotel' is its excellent location, only a 3 minute walk from St Stephen's Green so close to restaurants, shops etc.

If you like to go out, enjoy music, dancing and hang around in pubs, the Camden Hotel is a perfect place to be.

Günstiges Mehrbetthotel

Das Hotel ist eine günstige Alternative wenn man ein Mehrbettzimmer in Dublin sucht. Die Lage ist so naja.... Das Hotel befindet sich neben einer Diskothek, und die ist von Dubliner sehr gut besucht. Wenn man einen leichten Schlaf hat, sollte man dieses Hotel am Wochenende meiden. Das Personal legt auf jedes Nachttischchen ein paar Gehörschütz bereit. Dafür hat man eine Busstation und mehrere Shops in der nähe. Zu Fuss ist das Centrum in ca. 10min erreicht. Für Party-Macher/Kracher gute Wahl, wenn man seine Ruhe will besser meiden (Personal hat viel schwarzen Humor und ist mit allen Wasser gewashen). Better waren bequem und ein Bad nach irischem Standart.
