What a wonderful weekend staying at Four Seasons to celebrate my birthday. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Our room was lovely, clean and great view of St. Louis. So quiet, relaxing and just perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay at the St. Louis FS. It’s right downtown, beautiful pool with great access to the Arch, the Dome for the concert we attended and to my surprise there’s a casino next door that turned out to be a fun time. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to St. Louis.

This is beautiful hotel. It is immaculately clean. Service is outstanding. The pool facility is gorgeous. Room service food was high quality and promptly delivered. Maid service was provided twice a day. It has amazing views of the Arch.

Overall the staff and property were incredible! However, there was an incident that happened on the property that potentially involved a shooting and police and ambulance. My friend went down to the hotel lobby and someone in the lobby was telling his wife, "Oh no, HE GOT SHOT!" She was greeted by the front desk with a hand raise and he told her, "Oh, I don't have time for you right now!" but then immediately realized what he said and asked how he could help her. He took her room number and later came to the room to deliver the medicine she was looking for. Upon my friends exit from the lobby, she was then met in the elevator by a man who had just been in a physical altercation and had a giant black eye and was bleeding. I was shocked when she arrived back to the hotel room scared out of her mind. We did not feel safe after this happened. We visited the concierge the following day and asked what happened because we were now scared to even walk the grounds or go to our comedy show we had tickets for. The pleasant woman informed us that the hotel staff had been briefed that morning about the incident but did not offer any other information regarding it. She was very helpful and told us that if we changed our minds about the comedy show, she had some wonderful ideas as an alternative. We were very thankful for her guidance, suggestions and overall kindness. We did not have the girls trip we had planned and we felt we were not safe and it hindered the activities we had
