Very loud street noise!!

The lobby was beautiful and very clean and the staff was very nice, the room however did not match the cleanliness of the lobby. Big stains on floor, air conditioner was very weak & our room was too warm. And the street traffic noise was beyond loud!! Cars (the loud ones with the annoying exhaust) were racing & revving til at least 3am!!

The manager and waiters in the restaurant are very accommodating. Food was surprisingly very good ! We brought our friends to the lunch buffet ! We enjoyed our stay here . It’s safe , convenient to walk to the convention center. I’ll definitely stay here again. Thank you for the experience.

I chose this business because it said restaurants and bar onsite. What i never saw and still dont was that they have a dress code. I was on vacation and only packed cut offs and tshirts. I was unable to use any of the onsite facilities. The staff was amazing. The room was clean. The staff helped me change rooms on check in.

Review

Only thing that popped out as being bad was the $30 for parking was unexpected, we had 4 people in our room but yet only 2 towels. The room was a little hot and couldn't really tell how to put the air on, but the fan helped. Very nice that you could walk to the arch and ballpark. Downstairs was super nice.
