Safe parking. Room was clean and comfortable but small. My only gripe would be that you can't access even the "casual" restaurant unless you wear a polo shirt so we couldn't get breakfast. Overall it was a nice stay here and the staff are friendly and professional. They offer a shuttle to and from the ballpark.

Staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Although the hotel is old and dated, they have up kept it and it is very clean. It was also close to the Convention Center and conveniently located to dining options. Only critique is that the rooms are very cold; however room temp can be adjusted but finicky. They also provide comforters that are exceptionally warm. Room was small but cozy and did not want to get out of bed. There is also no fridge or microwave.

The hotel is in great location. It’s in a historic building and the room was no frills, clean, and perfectly fine. It’s downtown so road noise from revving engines is a thing. The staff is great and friendly, and vending machine prices were super cheap. Bed and pillows were comfy, towels and water pressure were fine. It had a big closet, which is something older hotels have. I’d definitely stay again.

No frills, however it’s so beautiful and clean. The price was right!! If there were any amenities we were not aware of them. The woman that checked us in was less than friendly. It was like pulling teeth to get information from her (such as parking!) Fortunately, everyone else we encountered was exceptionally kind and helpful. Well worth the price!!

The hotel is beautiful, the room was clean, and the staff is very nice. We stayed here for a concert at the Dome at America’s Center and it was PERFECT as it is a very short walk away. It was also very nice to be able to park in the parking garage for the Missouri Athletic Club for a fee of $30 per night with in and out access! It is also important to note that they have a dress code of no hats or athletic wear in the lobby but was not a problem for us if we were just going straight from our room to outside.
