Great modern and well equipped hotel with great spaces for chatting and socializing, lots of great dining options, late night (maybe 24 hour) cafe with hot drinks, snacks and food. Lots of great dining options across the street. Beautiful rooftop dining, bar, lounging and pool areas. Nice club as well with music and large outdoor terrace. Great hotel, great staff!

Amazing

We just finished our stay here we absolutely loved it and would recommend to everyone. We were kindly upgraded to a deluxe sea view room which made a great start to the holiday. I didn’t get the name of the man who cleaned are room on 8th floor but he was amazing and very friendly. All staff we talked to were very kind and helpful. We loved the pool options are some are adults only if you’d like some peace and quiet, highly recommend this hotel

We had a really wonderful week here. The best part was that as a family it catered to all our needs. Friendly, lovely professional staff and a HUGE shout to the entertainment team who ran the Kids Club. I have never known my daughter to love one so much. I have traveled my entire life and this was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The most INCREDIBLE staff, particularly those working and managing the 11th floor pool, bar and Minoa restaurant. Exceptional service with great food and amenities. If I could give it 6 stars I would !!!!!

The property was excellent but we were on a side of the hotel that had limited lifts and we had to walk quite a distance to reach the side of the property with multiple lifts available.
