"Lovely place to stay in a fantastic location near the beach. It’s a bit of a trek uphill, so only recommend for those who are able to deal with that, as the hot weather can make it a tough walk even for two relatively fit people. The room was spacious, clean and modern, and we were so grateful for the welcome drinks and snacks after a long travel day. The staff were very helpful and responsive via email, always kind and polite. We also really appreciated the late check out option which was fantastic as we had a late flight home. Only a few minor complaints for us, the shower had next to no pressure so it made things like washing your hair a bit of a pain. There was also no broom in the room, so we were constantly battling sand on the floors despite the daily room service. We also booked the junior suite and were disappointed by the terrace, it had fantastic views but it wasn’t connected to our room and the decor was poor, so we barely used it. Overall a nice stay nonetheless and we would certainly consider Maris Suites for any future trips based on its fantastic location and staff alone."
