We loved the location of the resort - away from the busy cruise port and airport and relatively close to the ferry. Friendly and helpful staff. Only one full service restaurant on the premises but the good was great.

Golf cart drivers where great, the food was good because the menu is the same, bartenders are great people, the staff are wonderful, the drug dealers are there walking around at night which I did not like around the restaurant and around at night!!!

Bed bugs. Management did not care. Were offered a voucher back to the airport. We rented a car. Staff working was excellent. But the entire time we did not see housekeeping. Shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty and we had two towels for a couple. When asking for housekeeping to bring just dumped inside the door on the floor. First bed bug bites after night one....wasn't positive...second nite clearly more bites. Told management and they didn't care. They deny it was bed bugs but taking proper precautions after leaving not one more bite. Urgent care and Emergency Room docs all said without hesitation it was bedbugs. Letter from urgent care saying it was bedbug bites no question. Classic patterns. Have not heard back from management even though we requested a call back. Was told we were waiting for a call back from their legal department. Nothing and its been 10 days.
