Hyatt House didn't meet the expectations we had compared to our previous stay in New Jersey. The breakfast selection was very poor. They didn't make our room and were told they do it only upon request and if you stay more than 4 nights. We didn't attend any happy hour in the evening.

Misleading and disappointed

After viewing the photo before booking this hotel, it said there was a full kitchen and two queen beds, seeing this I decided to book this room however when arriving at the hotel then to the room I saw that it was just two queen beds and fridge and microwave. Not at all what the pictures of the room I pick out before booking was really disappointed. Furthermore I came with my family so they wanted to go to the pool and it was closed for the whole weekend and the two day I stayed in. After speaking someone in the front desk they have said to be that the pool will be opened on Monday. So my wife and kids went to the pool as the sign was still there that the pool would be open on Monday. Spoke again to the front desk and said that someone will go open it and no one came which was another disappointing event during my stay in this hotel.

I like the amenities and the roominess of the rooms. I, especially, like the kitchenette. Broken or missing items need to be repaired/replaced before the next person arrives to check in. All services, like TV, should be uniform on all of the floors. I spend a lot of time and money there to do water therapy on my battered legs in a safe environment soaking my legs in the bathtub to ease the pains.

Perfect for a quick stay, but needs some help

Needed an emergency hotel and this fit our family of five. It's ok. Pros: - Large room with sofa bed, great for family of five - Breakfast included - Convenient location, quick shuttle to/from airport - Quiet - Great A/C Cons: - Pool out of order and it's the middle of summer - Breakfast had a couple of issues. Super overcooked eggs; bread not fresh and showing bits of mould - Fitness centre machines (other than Peleton) need a serious service.
