Nice hotel in a great location. City sights within easy walking distance and via public transport. Room was more than adequate for a 3 night stay although the shower did take a while to warm up. Room clean, reasonable size, had everything you'd expect, hairdryer tripped electrics but it was resolved before we'd returned from breakfast. The use of the adjacent Chinese restaurant room for breakfast provided plenty of space and the buffet was well laid out and kept replenished by the staff. Our bedroom was clean and kept nice for us. We had tea and coffee available in the room which was quiet and relaxing. Reception staff were very helpful and courteous. We would recommend this hotel as we enjoyed our stay.

Staff were friendly and polite. Slight issue with there being only one lift to serve 7 floors. I noticed that it was the preferred hotel for Air China. Airlines want their staff to have a clean, quite comfortable stay between flights. I really was happy that the bookshop Ronnells Antique books was opposite - as they were a venue for the Stockholm Jazz festival. the No. 2 local bus takes you to most of the tourist sites - very useful.
