Personnel désagréable à l'enregistrement voir condescendant à l'exception d'une personne qui se reconnaîtra. La chambre deluxe était minuscule. Mieux vaut prendre une standard ou monter en gamme car c'est un peu la loterie pour la taille entre 19m2 et 26m2 selon leur site. Nous avons eu une de 19m2, salle de bains et placards compris et c'est petit pour le tarif. Dommage l’expérience aurait pu être transformé avec un acceuil digne de ce nom. ^^

Cher Monsieur,Vous aviez préalablement effectué votre réservation par téléphone avec la réception afin de bénéficier du meilleur tarif, que vous avez validé.Lors de votre arrivée, vous avez contesté ce prix, ayant vu un tarif différent sur un site de vente, qui vous incluait à tord les taxes de séjour.Vous avez préféré annuler votre réservation pour passer par ce site, après avoir commencé votre enregistrement. De ce fait, votre arrivée a été retardée afin de traiter la nouvelle réservation faite en ligne. Nous sommes navrés que malgré tout cela vous ayez trouvé notre personnel désagréable.La superficie de nos chambres varie d'une chambre à l'autre et est soumis à disponibilité.Nous vous avions proposé une catégorie de chambre plus spacieuse que vous n'avez pas retenue.Cordialement,

Frühstücksbuffet sehr schlecht organisiert, alles zu eng. Wartezeit am kaffeeautomat 15 minuten. Standardhotel ohne flair. Gute Innenstadtlage
