The breakfast was one of the best we have seen, the hospitality was welcoming, and we loved the branding, girl power at its finest! 100% recommend! Oh and the location is right across the street from the train station which was very handy!

Very clean and very quiet. Modern and very large bathroom. Sleeping area very small - not much room around bed. Helpful/functional shelf/armoire. Nice lounge space on main floor with 24 hour coffee/hot coco/tea machine. Great location across from train station but very easy to walk to Isle of Strasbourg and all the Christmas markets.

Hotel is right across the street from the train station and very walkable to town center. Rooms are in good condition and clean. Breakfast is fine and like the option to help myself to beverages and snacks in a sitting area off the lobby. Staff friendly and knowledgeable.

The room was decent and the staff were excellent. We couldn’t seem to make the air work in our bedroom and our window faced a courtyard with loud HVAC equipment so opening the window wasn’t an option either. Breakfast was not great.

Very comfy bed but very small and very small room. Location worked out great being right across from the train station and nice enough walk to all sites. My husband hated the small bed and room and complained. Not sure why we were given the worst room.

We had the Chambre Double Supérieure Annexe room and we loved it! You do have to use a seperate entrance a few steps away from the reception building, but that didn't bother us. The hotel is stylish, clean, and very comfortable. We loved the view of the station outside. The staff were friendly and attentive. Our bed was super comfortable and the bathroom and shower were excellent. We enjoyed the free hot drinks and snacks (though, as Brits, would still have loved a kettle in the room). The only thing to keep in mind is that the air conditioning is weak. We visited in Winter so just openned the window, but in Summer could be annoying. But personally we wouldn't hesitate to return!

We had to help ourselves to “cold” coffee in bar area as no facilities in room. Staff were friendly and location good for station. We booked a Superior Double room but we definitely did not get what we booked. The room was like a shoe box, nowhere to put cases and the lighting was dreadful, couldn’t see anything even with the curtains open. Bathroom was ok but shower didn't drain properly and again, nowhere to put toiletries. All in all very disappointing for price paid!

The location was great ( across from train station and very close to Petite France. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety of choices. We were in the new building next door and found the room very small! There was no coffee maker although they did offer free coffee next door in the main hotel.

We had a lovely room with a great view. The room was clean, the bathroom had a nice roomy shower cubicle and like the room nice and clean. Staff at reception were friendly and helpful booking a taxi for us back to the airport. The location is great for petit france access and also close to the station. I would happily stay here again.
