Our first room wasn't suitable for us, bed was too small, heating wasn't working, no wifi. Receptionist gave us a different room and she personally accorded us to the new room to make sure everything was good for our needs. Location is excellent, also, direct hotel access to closed parking garage was a plus! We stayed for 3 nihts, All of the receptionists were friendly and helpful. Hotel and our room was out dated, but it was clean and centrally located. The water wasn't very hot for taking a shower and the mattress was not comfortable, there was no refrigerator nor smartTV. Also, a bit of damp.

The cleaning staff and the breakfast host during the week were great. Other staff were quite short and rude with us. Nightclub below was very loud all night until 5am and trying to sleep was impossible. Mattreses and pillows too old and need replacing

Breakfast was limited no English breakfast tea. Room was extremely small, difficult getting ready for 2 people in that space. Room very stuffy didn’t open window due to fire escape. Shower didn’t adjust, was low and faced the wall the whole time. Shower tray didn’t drain properly. Pillows were very thin with no option to get another. No hot drink facilities in room. Wardrobe didn’t open properly due to limited space. Reception staff were friendly.

The reception staff could be friendly. Only a sweet girl named Virginia was nice and well mannered. The elevator stopped working one night, I went up 4 floors and the card didn’t work. I am a 65 years old guy who could be treated nicer, since I called the reception and the guy was very rude: YOU COME DOWN TO THE RECEPTION AND I WILL GIVE YOU NEW CARDS. I did it, the guy never said sorry, no manners at all.

Staff at breakfast was very nice. The room was not clean though and it looked like it hadn’t been updated since the 70’s. The pictures made it look like a different place.

Very handy central location; very friendly staff; very reasonably priced; the whole place was a bit tired and threadbare, though. Clean enough but not spotless. Everything worked more or less, but my room was like time-travelling into the 1980s. Needs refurbishing; breakfast not very appealing; overall decent value for what I paid but not very enjoyable.

Location was great. Staff was nice. We were in some weird extension to the hotel, kind of a pain to get to. Lobby is very small and gets crowded fast, making it hard to get to elevator. Elevators are very small. My family of 4 had to make two elevator trips with our luggage. Carpets were dirty in room and smelled funny. I had to Get air freshener at the store. Beds and bathroom were clean.

Room was great! Nothing fancy, but it’s clean. The only issue I had was the room card did not work upon checking in. We tried 4 times but still didn’t work. The night audit worker got it fixed.
