Lovely place only issue we has was we couldn’t work out how to turn on the ceiling fans, the tv remote volume button wouldn’t work so we had to get someone to show us how to use the volume button, had no idea how to use the stove top so had to get a maintenance man to come show us. Apart from that a lovely clean place, close to everything I enjoyed it a lot

Whilst the room was clean and property is in a great location. The room had its own kitchen which had just enough mix match of cups/plates/bowls. Little cooking facilities. The worst was the hike to the pool - down to the bottom car park around to the left up another lift down the corridor around the corner to the opposite side of the complex. I was told in February there was work being done on the pool and when I rang to confirm I was reassured all work would be complete by March, but they didn’t say what year. Work is still in train and at the rate the staff are going will not be complete before Easter. Needless to say we were a little disappointed and probably won’t be back.

The overall friendliness of staff was good. Unfortunately the outdoor furniture was very old and not able to be sat on. Very few cooking utensils were provided making it difficult to cook for a family. The pool is fabulous. It is large, a good temperature the only fault is that there is limited shade to sit while watching kids.

Excellent service from the reception staff, great location with easy walking access to the beach and restaurants. The rooms are getting a bit dated and are in need of painting and refurbishing. The mattress in our room had certainly seen better days.

no pool key didn't work to get into unit had to wait to get in ,jack hammering not ideal and if theirs a street event and they cut of street to get in to carpark might be a idea to inform guest the the street is shut
