If Imagine yourself relaxing on a huge, sun soaked balcony, overlooking the beautiful Currimundi Lake and the ocean beyond, whilst listening to the birds sing in the trees and parklands belowthen this is the property for you.

This lake front position is highly sought after. With the lake, surf beach, playground and walking tracks at your doorstep, what else could you need?

The local beach store is only a short walk away and sells take away meals, basic grocery items and even rents out kayaks & paddleboards.

Unit 12 is situated on the 6th floor with lift access. It is a spacious, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit. The double sliding doors in the lounge room open up onto a huge, north facing balcony, which boasts sweeping views of the Currimundi lake, ocean beach and shipping lanes beyond.
