The well-equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and two full-size refrigerators, making meal prep easy and convenient. With two separate living areas, everyone has space to relax, watch TV, or unwind after a day at the beach. Flat-screen TVs are located throughout the home. The upstairs living area also includes two computer desks and a game/puzzle table, perfect for remote work, schoolwork, or family fun.

Kids will love the bunk room, featuring a pyramid bunk and a queen bed, while the primary bedroom offers both a king and queen bed along with a flat-screen TV for added comfort. The open kitchen and living areas flow seamlessly, creating an ideal space for gathering together.

Perfect for our family vacation

Great property! Location was lovely. We had a wonderful view of the ocean, and plenty of room inside for all the kids to spread out. The kitchen is phenomenal! Also, the wireless internet was stellar -- despite having multiple people on devices, I never once heard a complaint about slowness. There were some convenient touches too, like the hose in the parking area for cleaning the salt spray off our cars. Definitely at the top of our list for a return stay!

Great kitchen

This house is well maintained and has great new decking and outdoor furniture. The kitchen is wonderful for a large family and having two refrigerators plus a mini fridge was very helpful. Kitchen is large and the best equipped kitchen in a beach rental I have found. The bedrooms are small and there were few TVs. The living space was tight too when we all were in there together. This was our first time at Holden Beach so we’re not as familiar with the area and what it had to offer. All in all the house is nice and as advertised. Just don’t expect rooms to be as large as pictures portray them.
