Location is ok but cleanliness and overall is bad

Hotel is in the building, receptionist is on the 9th floor and my room is on 10th floor. I think other’s floor is not its hotel. Room’s floor is very sticky, look like clean but when you step, it’s sticky. The bed is not comfort. Location is not far from station, it’s okay. Overall i don’t recommend this hotel.
