Hotel staff are very nice and helpful even though there are only few who speak English. I inquired about private transportation service to Hangzhou. The young man (I should have asked for his name) got my info, and later came to my room and confirmed the booking. Great service! Minus one star for this rating is the room soundproof is very poor. We can hear everything in the hallway; people talk loud and run around late at night, and we hear it all.

What truly stood out was the **exceptional customer service**. When I accidentally left my necklace behind, the staff went above and beyond to ensure its safe return—sending it to my next hotel in Shanghai **the very next day**! Their honesty, efficiency, and kindness reflect the hotel’s commitment to guest satisfaction. Highly recommend this hotel for its **prime location, pristine rooms, and thoughtful service**. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Suzhou!
