Charming Hotel in a Great Location

Very charming hotel. Only issue was no elevator. Tough to bring my suitcase up the narrow stairs. Other than that, well appointed and decorated. Good customer service and great location.

Very boring room, had not been cleaned under bed, broken glass in the bed and chewing gum in the window. Noise from room above - sounded like cleaning at 3-4 am.

Ok hotel men meget slidt.

Udefra ser hotellet ok ud, men det er meget slidt. Vi har været der 5 gange, denne gang var den sidste. Selve værelset er fint nok, men terrassen var ikke et hyggeligt sted at være, spindelvæv, ukrudt og gamle blade.

Dejligt sted

Det er et dejligt sted, skøn udsigt fra restauranten, værelset er godt der er hvad man skal bruge, og dejligt med lille have. Men der lugter jordslået når man kommer ind. Og vi kunne se der var hul i taget ml. Vær. 26 og 27 der mangler teglsten. Helhedsoplevelsen er rigtig god.

Hundevenlige badehotel

Det var dejligt at vi måtte medbringe vores hund og også bringe ham med i restauranten. Vi manglede at kunne se TV avisen og manglede at kunne følge med i Tour de France. Der manglede også et lille køleskab på værelset.

Fantastisk beliggenhed- hotel i forfald.

Beliggenhed var fantastisk - udsigt over Troense havn når man var i restauranten. Området var vidunderligt! Morgenmaden perfekt. Når det så er sagt ,er det er hotel i forfald. Store huller i tagene, gammeldags interiør, blod på madras m.m Værelserne bittesmå, uden køleskab og aircondition. Rengøring hver 3 dag. Ejeren blev sur fordi jeg ikke brød mig om den rødspætte jeg havde bestilt. Han blev sur over at jeg sagde at der var mange klumper i sovsen. Den ældre dame som var der og ordne morgenmad mad var irriteret på alt og alle- vendte øjne af folk og sukkede højlydt når der var noget der ikke passede hende. Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage til Troense men ikke til det hotel!

Vi ønskede et lille afbræk i hverdagen og et smukt og roligt ophold. Det fik vi på Troense hotel. Vi fik det fulde udbytte af opholdet med sejltur med “Helge” besøg på Tåsinge museum, bytur i Svendborg og til sidst et uforglemmeligt besøg på Forsorgsmuseet i Svendborg, den gamle fattiggård. Vi fik et værelse på 2. Sal, og værelset var der ikke noget at klage over, men trappen derop gjorde, at man virkelig overvejede sine ture op og ned. Lidt udfordrende for ældre mennesker. Udsigten deroppe fra ud over Svendborgsund bødede lidt på besværet med trappen. Alt i alt en god oplevelse at bo på Hotel Troense. 😊👍
