Ground floor: Open kitchen with dishwasher - coffee machine - microwave - electric cooker with extractor hood, large fridge with freezer, and everything in service.
There is also a heat pump in the house. The living room has a wood burning stove which can also be used as a fireplace. Dining room large dining table with 6 chairs and high chair, modern furnishings including satellite TV - radio - CD player - DVD - and safe. The electrical fuse cabinet is provided with automatic fuses. From the living room there is access to a partially covered terrace with garden furniture, and parasol.
Bathroom with underfloor heating - shower.
Bedroom with 3/4 bed.

Stairs to 1st. hall.
1st. the hall has 2 bedrooms, 1 room with 2 single box mattresses - 1 piece. cot
Room # 2 with double bed and exit to small hallway
Outbuilding containing 90 liter freezer - extra garden furniture - extra parasol - barbecue. At the back of the outbuilding is a stainless steel cleaning area for fish.
On the grounds there is also a carport.
The leisure house is equipped with a system key, so that all locks can be opened with the same key.
