fantastic hotel. v modern. amazing views. v well located. chocs and wine and an nespresso machine awaited me, a nice touch. concierge amazingly helpful and informative. spa not to bad either albeit pool is indoors and closes by 5pmish - like every other hotel in Sydney. id definitely stay again.

The Hilton Sydney exceeded all my expectations. It was spotlessly clean. The staff were amazing. Breakfast was great and the room was just perfect. It was within walking distance to all the tourist attractions, shopping, dining and entertainment venues. There is a public car park right underneath that is so convenient if you have a car during your stay. I will definitely come back to stay over and over again.

disgusting black mold in the shower

There was disgusting black mold in the shower inside and on the grout. Grout was also missing from tile floor. I reported it more than 3 times, and they never helped me. By the time they responded after my 4th attempt, it was too late, and all the responses were ridiculous and inconvenient. I also had to call 3 times in order to receive new clean towels!

Front desk check in was great. Olivia was fantastic. Modern and clean lobby and room 2920 Lots of lobby seating. Located on George street, it has excellent walking access to financial district, high end stores, Chinatown and opera house/ royal botanical gardens. Short walk to museum station where you can take the metro to the airport. Room 2920 was spacious and plenty of room. Separate shower and tub. Only negative is that the bed seemed really worn and had a big dip in the middle. Highly recommend mattress replacement.

Great hotel but beds were a DISASTER

Positives - Great staff, especially Togo, executive lounge was excellent and the choice of food and drinks was exceptional. Negatives - 1. I booked an executive room and the booking confirmation stated it was 2 TWIN BEDS, however that was NOT what we got. Our room had 2 very small single beds which was more suitable for children rather than 2 elderly adults. The other complaint was that the TV in our room was constantly losing internet connection despite maintenance checking on it.

We found Hilton Sydney conveniently located. For example, the Sydney Harbour, where the Rocks and the Sydney Opera House are located, is about 30 min, and the Darling Harbour is 20 min walking distance away from the hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast at the Glass restaurant that offers a variety of options. We highly recommend this hotel.
