Julius was so rude it was a late check in which we had called prior and received the okay. We waited a long time to be let in and then waited in the foyer for 20 minutes before he came down and rudely said cant you see the sign says check in on level 1 its common sense. Well to be honest ive never seen any other hotel in my life where the check in counter has not been on entry level. Dont greet us like trash because we are paying top dollar. Whats trash is your staff member and his lack of communication and at the least any service

The property is somewhat dated. Our room had a glass bathroom. That is, walls and door were frosted glass. Not quite our cup of tea. Some staff were excellent. Overall, rather average. Likely reflecting appropriate value for a bargain basement price.

Nice place close to the airport. Don’t take a taxi from the airport - it is a 4 minute ride and they charged us $75 Australian dollars. Zero stars for Sydney’s taxi service.
