Tv wasn’t working called reception few times nobody bothered to come or compensate anything. Breakfast was cold, burnt scrambled egg. Staff was so unprofessional looks like they don’t even what they are doing. Such a disgusting Holiday Inn Macquarie park. Highly Not recommended to anyone.

The cleaning staff is very slow. The reception staff had to bring was towels clean the waste bin. The wear very nice and good. They need better cleaning staff on the weekends

The hotel is very well situated, close to shopping, transport and restaurants. The hotel is very quiet and the staff are extremely friendly. The bed and pillows were not to my liking but very clean and well presented.
