The room was very noisy. We could hear loud music coming from the club late at night and then woken up early by the television from the room next door. Also could hear footsteps from the room above during the night. We paid $265 for a superior room and it was far from that. It was room for the disabled. There was no vanity/bench space at all in the bathroom and no hooks to hang in there. The shower was very weak. Very disappointing

The only issue was being charged on checkin after we had already prepaid through Lastminute.com.au. When asked for our credit card we were told it was only being held for incidentals but ended being charged. The manager rang and said to book our dinner back to the room and any differences would then be refunded.

All staff I had contact with were very friendly & helpful. Our room was quiet and the room we had was quite spacious. I would definitely book this accommodation again. Just a short drive to the train station to get the train to Olympic Park was also very convenient.
