Property needs a complete refurbishment. Its dated. It also needs a deep clean. Time it was at least dusted. Plastic shower curtains? But bedding and towels clean, staff friendly. Great location

nice hotel with a nice view of Hyde Park

Great staff; friendly, attentive and helpful. Room was decent size with a nice view of Hyde Park. Access to the train system is just across the park, but it's also an easy walk from the hotel down to the waterfront via the Royal Botanic Garden. We would certainly stay again if we were to return.

Excellent location. Walking distance to food and shopping. Train ride away from harbour and airport. Fantastic hotel, rooms are spacious and comfortable. Only issue was one of the elevators was out of order so there was long waits for it but very small criticism. Loved it and we will be back!
