I absolutely loved everything about Shangri-la. From Peter the doorman who took our luggage for storage when we arrived early. My massage was very relaxing with Nicole. Very professional young lady. The people on reception were happy and helpful and our room was fantastic. Loads of space and a nice comfortable bed. We will definately stay again when we stay in Sydney again.

The property is in the perfect location and visually stunning. Staff while friendly were slow and inattentive. Check in queue was a 22 minute wait with only 2 guests processed in that time. Bar I had to approach someone to take my order after 10 minutes

The property is convenient, near to restaurants and transport. Our room is spacious, clean and lovely. The only thing that I do not like is the way from the hotel to Circular Quay. The street is elevated. It's a bit of a struggle coming back to the hotel.

I spent the extra money to get a harbor facing room and it was so worth it! I was on the 25th floor and had a gorgeous view of the harbor and saw some beautiful sunsets. The hotel is conveniently located with the Opera House, harbor and plenty of restaurants in walking distance. There’s also a same day laundry shop within a 10 minute walk that can pick up and deliver your clothes to Shangri-La. The room was clean and quiet, with a nice soaker tub, comfy beds and cozy lighting!

Really enjoyed our honeymoon stay at the Shangri-La Sydney. We had a harbour view which was beautiful but the king bed was more two mattresses pushed together and the fan in the bathroom didn’t work. They offered us complimentary sparkling wine with chocolates and also highly recommend the breakfast buffet! If you reserve on checkin you do get a discount which is nice. Convenient location very walkable and close to public transit.
