The washer and dryer in the room were essential for our family trip mid week. The load sizes are European and cycles are longer than US models, but they did a great job and were relatively quiet. We were easy walking distance to the quay for activities and dining. The booked breakfast option is associated with the sister hotel in the next block, which worked out great. There is also a kitchenette and a family room with separate parent bedroom which we liked very much. The front desk staff are not as knowledge as with higher end hotels. We had to ask for enough towels and toilet paper to serve the family as it was only stocked for 2. They did provide the needed extra bed and there is a hideaway in the couch for sleeping. We would stay again for the convenience and quality.

The location was great. The amount of space in the unit was very good but the condition of the unit(s) was not so good. The first unit was dirty with items left from previous tenant. The second unit was better. The building has individually owned units that the York folks rent out. So different amenities and conditions. Maintenance Mike was great. Came and fixed some things that should have been working.
