The hotel itself was nice enough, and the apartments were adequate. What was bad were the beds. The one in my room had a sagging or broken platform which kept me hanging on all night, hoping not to fall out of bed. After two of us in two rooms had little sleep, I ask for a room change. The man at Reception told me that unfortunately, they were full. I opened my laptop and proved to him that they had vacant rooms. He then assigned me to another suite like ours. The air conditioners in both bedrooms did not work. We stayed in our original suite, and did not pursue a move for our final night. I stuffed a pillow in the space between the platform and the mattress and toughed it out. For a grand, US, for 3 nights, we had a terrible stay. I would not recommend this place. The pool and spa were nice though.

This accommodation was a great fit for me and my boys, 2 rooms, a great balcony to sit at and enjoy the view. Very convenient considering we needed to be close to circular quay for our cruise.

Disappointing

When I booked I had filtered the results to only show twins but when we arrived it was a double. No one answered the phone so had to go back to reception to resolve. Bin in bathroom has no lid and litter wasn’t collected daily so used sanitary products are left out. Sanitary bags were not replaced, I had to go back to reception to get more. Hotel does not cater for women’s sanitary needs (completely clueless). Door to balcony had a broken lock, luckily we were on the 10th floor so unlikely to get broken into. Bath is scratched and has a chunk taken out of the surfacing which makes the idea of having a bath very unappealing. There is a knack for operating the shower (which we only discovered on the last day) otherwise the air in the system makes it sound like a jackhammer (surprised the neighbours didn’t complain). On the plus side the bed was comfortable and the apartment nicely furnished/decorated. Overall I would not recommend and will not book again.

Great location, walk to nearby attractions (The Rocks, Opera House, Bot Gardens, CBD), delicious Ramen cafes nearby. It was quite noisy inside the apartment, with traffic noise waking me early each morning. The rooms are in need of a refurb. The staff were friendly and helpful

We arrived 7:30 am after a long flight from the USA and the hotel had a room ready for us. Great little efficiency apartment with a washer dryer and other appliances. Delicious buffet breakfast included at a nearby hotel. Would definitely stay there again.

Lovely 2 bedroom apartment in a great location. The bed was comfortable as were the pillows. The shower configuration means you cannot shower without getting water all over the floor so a bit annoying. Well equipped, the pool area is lovely. Would stay here again.

Good but needs a refresh.

The place was perfect for inner City with washing machine and dryer. Large apartment type living. Just needs a coat Of paint to refresh. A more creamy coloured paint which made it feel dark. Cleaning was excellent and bed was comfortable. It’s everything you need - just felt dated
