Look at my previous review. We stayed before and after a cruise. Dirty and aged apartments. Great location and good size apartments, but ages and run down with poor maintenance.

Rooms were showing their age and very poorly maintained. Holes in the wall filled in but not painted. Furniture worse for wear. Carpet wrinkle & lifting (apparently about to be replaced). Mould all over bathroom ceiling. Very dirty. Dusty and marks on the wall. Cleaners obviously doing the very basics. House keeping arrived after 3.30 in the afternoons after we were back from the day’s adventure. Just not good enough. Both times we arrived for check in rooms were not ready until late. Are they understaffed to save money? Overall very poorly maintained and run hotel.

The location is great but they are renovating the property. If you get a room that hasn't been renovated, especially one facing the street, it's extremely noisy. Other issues: The internet cut out multiple times and the air conditioning shut off every day if you ran it more than 5-10 minutes. They kept saying it was fixed but it was a problem for each of the 5 days I was there. Also much more minor, the breakfast isn't onsite. It's about a 5 minute walk down the road. Overall, not something I'd normally care about but given everything else.. I stay in a lot of hotels for work (10-12 trips a year) and this was one of the worst stays in a long time. That said, the staff were friendly and i did move to a different room after the first night which was much quieter. If it wasn't for the internet and faulty AC the stay could have been much better.

Location was great, was within walking distance of most things we wanted to see in Sydney. Great sized apartment which was perfect for our family of 4. Would have given 5 stars but was slightly let down by not knowing that the pool was going to be out of action during our stay. Under maintenance.

Room was clean and modern. Staff were very warm and welcoming. While checking in I saw a very difficult guest making unreasonable demands who was being dealt with by a receptionist with incredible kindness, patience, professionalism, and grace. An excellent example of what good service requires.

Spacious comfy room with everything you would need. Lovely balcony with table & chairs. No breakfast available in hotel though, .... if required can get voucher for nearby hotel as an option.

The description did not include the pool was closed ! The Manager was dismissive and blamed Expedia not giving the correct information, openly told us that he can’t help on price as the city was busy and we would not find another room so refused to discuss. We got to our room and immediately was hit with a wall of odour, the carpet smelled, the couches smelled of BO. The room was dirty, ratty. I found $4 1/2 drank bottle of water that I had to report to the front desk so as not to be charged. The street noise was insane, it was as if the windows were all wide open 24/7! The bathroom had mold on all the grout with every nook and cranny showing mold and dirt! I would recommend you stay away from this run down smelly hotel !
