Amazing stay with outstanding service

Excellent/Outstanding t customer service. Janro, anjil and Argelie from the front desk were friendly, very helpful. Very happy with our stay. Perfect location. Everything is walkable.

Do not stay in room 702

The room was 8' x 12' with a door that swung into the room and rest against the bed. The hallway that led from the main hotel room door to the bedroom door contained the fridge and a shelf. I have travelled all over the world and have never stayed in a hotel room this small. No pictures on their website prepares you for this surprise. I did not sleep for two nights. There was also a blob of something on the inside of the bathroom door. All this for the price of $290.53 CDN per night.

The room we got was nothing like the photos. Room did not have a window (fully internal room) so it felt dark and claustrophobic. Room was tiny - the bed was up against one wall and make it hard to get up for the 2nd person. Room so tiny you couldn't walk past each other.

This hotel was really convenient to Town Hall and Central stations, and the light rail on George St, as well as buses from QVB, so it was great for public transport. Staff were polite and very helpful and the rooms was very clean and well appointed.
