Simppeli, siisti. Ei ylimääräistä härpäkettä ympäriinsä. Ainut miinus pesuhuoneen huonosta kaadosta lattiassa, vesi jäi lillumaan ja lattia silikonit oli hyvin likaiset

Autoa paikoittaessa Europarkkiin hotellin kellarikerrokseen on paikoitus syytä maksaa heti. Englannin kielinen selostus puuttuu. Aamulla oli sakkolappu ikkunassa☹️

Hinta-laatusuhde yöpymisen suhteen varsin hyvä. Siisti ja tilava huone. Sijainti oikein hyvä. Asiakaspalvelua henkilökunnan kanssa saa niukasti, kun asioinnissa suositaan automaattia. Henkilökuntaa ei check-outin hetkellä kiinnostanut kysyä, olinko viihtynyt tai miten majoittuminen sujui. Aamupala kannattaa syödä joko omina eväinä tai jossain ihan muualla kuin yhteistyöravintolassa Loulou! Ravintolahenkilökunnalta puuttuu taito kohdata asiakas. Hotellivierailijalle kuuluva alennus pitää osata vaatia, pientä ylihintaista annosta saat odottaa pöytään 30min eikä tällaista kohtuutonta odottamisaikaakaan hyvitetä, hyvä jos pahoitellaan.
