Dear Zolotuhin,Thank you for your feedback and for choosing to stay at our hotel!It is not a secret that there is no AC in our hotel. When temperatures rise up to +30 C degrees it can get hot in the rooms especially during the day. Dear Guest, Thank you for a good overview about the location of the hotel and rooms. We also appreciate that you pointed out the attitude issue of a staff member and the cleanliness of your room. We will take it very seriously. Indeed we have a very old building and windows can face to next door buildings. Most of the hotel rooms are rather small but we also have bigger Superior and Deluxe rooms which of course have a higher price. Nevertheless nothing can beat the very central Old Town location and if you want to explore the Old Town and city center and to feel the vibes of the old times then there is not a better place to stay in than in our hotel the Meriton Old Town Garden Hotel.
