Enjoyed stay at Los Olivos, staff were very nice, food was good,room was clean. Only let down was room not cleaned. Was told every four days. Had to tell them it had not been cleaned after asking for it to be cleaned the previous day. Would not put me off staying there again. Had a relaxing 5 nights.

The room was nice but the all inclusive was only available from the hotel next door. We also paid for a gold package but apparently all that means is your room has air conditioning. Very poor value all inclusive, we only really used it for breakfast.

Good quality rooms and balcony. The kitchen area is also helpful with a kettle, iron and toaster. The Skybar is really nice and the infinity pool on the roof is amazing. Highly recommend.

Over all pleased

We stayed in a 2 bedroom duplex villa with private plunge pool/jacuzzi. Room was very spacious and overall was clean, decor a pit grubby and could do with a frehenup..we stayed for 7 nights. Bedding changed twice and towels changed ever other day. Staff were very friendly and helpful, we stayed all-inclusive, food was good but bit repeatative. Woukd we stay again, yes we would.

Very good food and location

The hotel was 3 minutes from the beach which was a big plus. The hotel was good but the sofa bed was not very comfortable, it needs a new mattress. The food was amazing, and we were on a full board—an extremely wide choice of salads, meats, fish, and great. A very big remark on the service at the reception and housekeeping, in seven days they never came to clean the room, and change the towels and bed sheets. I had to go to the reception every two days to ask get clean towels, not acceptable

Poor check-in, cleaners cupboard outside room so all cleaners coming and going for 2 hours in the morning 0600-0800 & 2 hours in the afternoon1500-1700. Sky bar is a great location but they insist on paying your bill after 1 round of drinks even if you’re staying for more. Breakfast is poor with the coffee machines barely able to cope and churning out hot milk half the time.

Having stayed there before we new what to expect. The whole stay was average at best. But when we were finally allowed to check in, 50 minutes after the 3pm check in time. And watching 3 Spanish families being checked in, during the 50 minutes. Which we thought was obviously racist against English customers. Which we told the receptionist. And at this point we were checked in immediately. Also sent the property a message which was completely ignored as usual.

Checked in late at night & the room we were allocated had no air conditioning & unfortunately it wasn’t ideal due to insect in the room ! Asked reception to move us to a better room & this was swiftly done & the room was upto scratch ! Aside from the above the short stay was perfect !
