All the workers at the hotel are really nice, place is clean and in a great location. One complaint, the Margarita skybar waiter on 3/25 did not like we weren't interested in buying a cabana that was 79 euros and decided to ignore us the rest of the time. So we couldn't use our "welcome" drinks voucher. Good thing there are tons of bars and restaurants next door to the property.

Roof top bar 3 minutes walk from the beach !

We had a great stay, the room was very clean with modern facilities and fantastic access to the beach, restaurants and bars. The beach was 3 minutes walk from the hotel. The only thing that would help would be better pillows on the bed, if you ask at reception they have more.

Reception was very blunt and not very welcoming on arrival.The room was ok but directly under the roof top bar (with a pool overhanging our balcony) which was noisy up till midnight some nights. As we only had 4 nights, we put up with the distractions and overall the hotel had more plus points than bad. Location, pool areas, and meals were fine.

The rooms were big, we had a sea view and a roof terrace. Maintenance was being done and the property is well presented. We got an upgrade from a single room studio with three beds, to a three bed apartment for no particular reason, which was fabulous!

Great location. Not all rooms are of the same standard of cleanliness and maintenance, some are not in a condition to be allocated to guests. This place has the potential to be really nice but it’s a bit tired and staff are unhappy. Management are in hiding and it’s difficult to find solutions to problems.

Booked for three adults but couch bed not made up on arrival after 10pm and no bedding for us to make it up, reception gave sheet and scratchy blanket. Next day I was told someone would make it up . No one ever did . Although a quilt without cover was provided 2 days later . Service at pool bar not great. On plus side the beach bar was excellent , food reasonable at buffet and sky bar was fabulous . Location also excellent .

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la tranquillité de l’hôtel. Pas de musique forte autour de la piscine. Bradley et Gorge à la réception sont très sympathiques et serviables.

Cockroach infestation

We were in R1032 which was ground floor which meant that we had a cockroach infestation which we discovered on our second day. (We arrived in late). Complained about the issue and were told that we could swap to another ground floor toon which would have had the same cockroach issue. They sprayed once but it did not solve the problem. During our 6 night stay I killed ten cockroaches. The attitude of staff in the main was indifference except for night reception Bradley who did try to move us to a first floor room which was blocked by his manager.. all told a nice holiday ruined …
