When we arrived the motel wasn't like the photos at all. The carpet was stained, the wardrobe wouldn't open fully, but the biggest issue waa that the screen door was broken. There are a tonn of mosquitoes this time of year so we had to sleep with the door closed & no air flow. We spoke to the reception the next morning, she came and inspected the door & assured us that maintenance would fix during the day while we were out. When we got back reception was closed & the door had not been fixed. We repeatedly asked and advised to enter the room if required to fix the door. The next morning i went straight to reception who advised someone had come, but because we weren't

Large clean room. Recently decorated rooms. Negatives no bar/restaurant and limited walkable options. Limited taxis so a 30 mins walk to Tanunda centre if no car. Pool itself nice and clean but surrounding area could also do with modernisation

More motel than hotel, very basic room, mould in the bathroom, damp carpet and low quality fixtures and fittings. It was clean and close to the town centre (25min walk) but the photos they sell you are a lie. This is a very budget hotel. Also had a bug issue - the room came with bug spray and we woke up with bug bites on our faces. Could not recommend.

Had a Superior room (no.35) over a Deluxe due to cheaper Black friday deal $103 p/night. Undercover park outside room. Room was tidy, with newish carpet and newish tiles in 'bathroom'. Superior apparently has 'better' furnishings but their site doesn't say what. Also, some on-line booking sites say the rooms are soundproof - definitely not as can hear when showers are being taken and voices. Bed comfortable and big soft pillows. Shower ok size but mold spots top of walls (no exhaust fan so must open window to let steam out which is right next to next room. Door to show is wooden and has about 12" gap to floor, so water is splashed & can be a little river underneath to another drain hole in front of mini fridge - the is rust on door frame also). There is no privacy door outside of shower when drying body. Toilet also has no exhaust fan and a window must be open to air it. Crockery/cutlery, tea/coffee and coffee pod machine. Once nightfall came in and colder nights, there was some kind of contraction in the roof or carport are and as it moved the noise was really load nearly every hour through out to about 3am - very annoying that would have effected neighboring rooms too. And good luck trying to get FTA TV channels - so so hard to work out a simple thing. Would I stay there again ... no.

Really clean room, comfy bed and i liked the layout of the bathroom. Nice garden surrounds and was convenient location to our event at Peter Lehman. Only downside was its quite noisy with neighbours etc, which is probably expected with this style of motel like, joined rooms.
