Schön gelegen, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Die Lage des Objekts ist sehr schön, sehr ruhig gelegen. Das Haus gut geschnitten, schöne Terrasse. Insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen und mit einigen Schäden, z.B. gesprungenem Fenster an der Terrasse, teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommenen Gartenmöbeln. Whirlpool und Massagedusche wurden von uns nicht genutzt, da schmuddelig und verpilzt. Badewanneneinstieg ist für Ältere oder Menschen mit Behinderung kaum möglich, weil zu hoch und ohne Haltegriff. Insgesamt betrachtet wäre eine ebenerdige Dusche ohne Kabine u.E. weitaus sinnvoller und vor allem besser sauber zu halten. Sauna haben wir aufgrund des schönen Wetters nicht genutzt, war aber in Ordnung. Für den Herd wären Ceranfeldreiniger und Glasfeldschaber im Haus dringend erforderlich. Grundsätzlich war unser Aufenthalt zufriedenstellend, der Preis angemessen.

Schönes Haus am Ende der Straße

Das Haus liegt sehr schön am Ende der Straße und ist sehr groß. Zu viert hatten wir noch 2 Zimmer frei, ein Schlafzimmer und ein Spielzimmer. Dort war auch eine Playstation 2 und ein paar Spiele. In der Küche war etwas wenig Geschirr und Ablagefläche. Auserdem ist der Staubsauger nucht besonders leistungsfähig.ansonsten ist aber alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Duschkabine war kaputt und konnte auch nicht mehr repariert werden. Meiner meinung nach ist diese auxh schon lange kaputt. Nachts hatten wir irgendwelche Tiere auf dem Dach Oden/Wand. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr geräumig und die Abzugshaube funktioniert so toll, dass es keine schlechten gerüche gibt. Insgesamt ist das Haus zu empfehlen.

Alles gut soweit, bis auf...

Das Haus selber ist Prima, die Lage in einer Sackgasse traumhaft still und versprüht den Charme eines skandinavischen Hauses. Was uns sehr enttäuscht hat war die mangelhafte Sauberkeit wie verdreckte Teppiche und Sitzpolster sowie der defekte und mit Panzertape reparierte Whirlpool, welcher ebenfalls dreckig war und Sporen von Schwarzschimmel enthält. Desweiteren war der Grill noch vom Vormieter verunreinigt und angebrantes Fleisch befand sich auf dem Grillrost. Die Betten könnten auch mal erneuert werden da die Matratzen fest mit dem Bettgestell verbunden sind und diverse Flecken enthalten dieses betrifft auch die Topper. Ansonsten eine wirklich schöne Immobilie die einfach nur mal etwas liebe benötigt wie z.B die Fernsehereinrichtung welche nur bei Windstille alle Sender empfängt und aus den 2000er Jahren stammt. Der Urlaub hat und trotzdem gefallen und die Abwicklung welche absolut Kontaktlos abläuft war ebenfalls absolut Super.

Guter Check in aber die Sauberkeit.

Die Wohnung ist soweit in Ordnung. Allerdings war das mit der Sauberkeit so na ja. Der Ascheimer war voll, der Grill noch voll Restkohle, Bettbezug und Decke in einem Zimmer mit gelben Flecken. Im Küchenschrank war eine Bratpfanne, die verdeckt war. Auch der Spielgel im Bad war schmierig. Immerhin, ich konnte die Endreinigung nachbestellen. Die hatte ich bei der Buchung vergessen. Aber auch einen telefonischen Kontakt war schwierig. In dieses Hause fahre ich nicht noch mal.
