The area is also known for its excellent windsurfing and kitesurfing opportunities. Take a trip to the nearby historical sights or enjoy a relaxing day on the local beaches.

There is a campsite in Skaven, whose communal facilities can be used for a fee (information on availability can be found on the campsite website) Outdoor pool, mini golf, pool table, table tennis and much more.
