This a family building located directly by the sand. The beach is only a few steps away. The terrace seems a strong vessel amid the water, the perfect place to dream, relax and enjoy a delicious dinner in the evening while the sunset overwhelms your feelings. The sound of the waves and the song of the birds will be a delicious concert playing along while you take a walk along the beach. The apartment, which have been fully restored, is located on the 3rd floor of a building with elevator. Inside, you will find a comfortable living room with a sofa, a TV set and a dining table fo 6 people. The renewed and modern kitchen features a gas top, oven, microwave, fridge and all utensils you may need to cook your favourite dishes. A kettle is available on request. The laundry room is independent an equipped with a washer, an iron, and an ironing board. There are 3 bedrooms to rest, all of them with a closet. One comes with a double bed and features sea views and the other two have two twin beds each. We can prepare a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby. The accommodation also presents a modern toilet and a bathroom with a shower and a bidet. The beach of Tavernes de Valldigna, located between the lively towns of Gandía and Cullera, emanates a family and charming atmosphere, also noticeable in the whole area, overtaking our quietest guests. The beach is 4 km long and that fact, together with the intensity and frequency of the wind, make it perfect to practice windsurf and sailing, for instance. The promenade is ideal for long walks surrounded by terraces, shops and much more. Note: This accommodation is intended for families and guests over 25 years old who are looking for a peaceful stay. Bookings for parties or celebrations are not accepted. A copy of the identification document of all guests will be required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Please note that the keys to access the property will be in a mailbox at a nearby petrol station.
