While staff were really helpful in almost all cases the Bellevusta room we were initially given was in my opinion a Corner Room with balcony. The manager assistant advised that they have many different Bellavista rooms. This was the first time after many stays a Bellvisya room that it was small and without separate toilet and bathroom. I was not impressed with such misrepresentation. Two days later we were given a ‘real’ Bellavista room. Besides this I cannot fault them in anything. Service throughout was excellent be it the restaurant pool service turnover reception. Will continue to use them
