Villa Portichol is a magnificent villa to enjoy a relaxing vacation. It is in one of the best areas of Moraira just 5 min. walking from the sandy beach, the port and all the services that Moraira offers, bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets etc.

The villa is distributed in 2 heights. The main floor consists of a spacious living room, large fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, 1 bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.

The upper part consists of 5 bedrooms (the small intended for children and with fan), 2 bathrooms and a solarium.

The exterior has a large terrace equipped with garden furniture where you can enjoy lunch and dinner, built-in barbecue, large private pool and parking.

With air conditioning hot / cold and wifi.

Just a few steps away we find the secluded Cala del Portixolet, very suitable for diving and fishing. It is hidden in a cliff and we access it by going down a staircase.

Walking the streets of the urban area of ​​Moraira is another of the great attractions for the visitor. Its cobbled streets and the facades of its typical houses on the Costa Blanca give this town a special charm.

Sitting down to have a drink on one of its terraces or visiting the wide variety of shops that run through its urban area will provide you with another vision of this coastal town.

The pictures of the property do not do it justice. The outdoor spaces were great; pool is big, the terrace with dining table was great, the bbq area was good and we loved the table tennis and pool table. The rooms were all generous and full of hanging space and drawers and really well air conditioned. If I’m being super piccie; leaving some very basic provisions for people flying in would be great… like hand soap, tea and coffee, salt and pepper etc just a small amount to help settle people in.

Great villa and location

We really enjoyed our stay here. The check in process was easy and the villa set up really great. Perfect for 3 families, with plenty of space. I would recommend this others but would suggest that the owners think about providing more entertainment for kids (pool toys etc), and also think about replacing the tiled deck area and steps as it gets very slippery when wet (which is dangerous with your children).

Lovely villa with sea view

The villa was everything we hoped it would be. Plenty of room for our family of 10. Situated within walking distance from the centre of Moraira, with lists of bars, restaurants & shops.

Great location and spacious

The villa was very spacious and perfect for our family stay. It had a downstairs bedroom which was perfect for someone with mobility issues (although there are stairs up to the property.... Beware!) And a smaller kids bedroom. There was a pool table and ping pong table for rainy days and lots of books! We were let down by our letting agent btb who didn't provide us the entry code for the key box which meant even though we arrived at the villa at 7.30pm we spent 3 hours trying and failing to contact them before calling villa plus who were exceptional in helping us get access. We have not had acknowledgement or apology from btb which put a damper on the holiday! If you're arriving after hours, my advice is to ignore their instructions of contacting them via WhatsApp when you arrive and get the code early in the day!
