Villa Ancora (Moraira) is a villa with a characteristic architecture of the Mediterranean coast where rounded lines predominate and which is reinforced by a carefully designed decoration project in Ibizan style. The villa for its privacy, its careful design and its proximity to the beautiful and exclusive cove Punta Estrella and services such as restaurants and supermarket is ideal to enjoy a quiet stay, disconnect from the daily stress and reconnect with your family and friends. The villa allows the accommodation of animals.

STRUCTURE:

You enter the villa through a large wooden gate with a great charm surrounded by trees such as Jacarandas and Falsas Pimientas, which leads to the parking area with capacity for 2 cars (one inside the garage and the other outside the garage).

Going up the stairs you will reach a charming porch with sofas ideal for lively conversations during your stay. The porch is in front of the swimming pool and its 6 sunbeds with 4 sunshades. The outside area also has a pleasant seating area with cushions and a lovely charcoal barbecue area which also has an outside bathroom with shower.

The interior has 2 floors. On the main floor there is a living-dining room, a separate kitchen and breakfast table as well as two bedrooms sharing a bathroom. The first bedroom has a 180 cm bed and the second bedroom has 2 90 cm beds. The upper floor has a bedroom with a 150 cm bed, an ensuite bathroom and a beautiful terrace with a sofa area and a dining table. This terrace can also be accessed from the outside stairs.

LOCATION:

The villa is located in a prestigious area of luxury or charming villas and only 400 metres from the beautiful cove Punta Estrella ideal for a refreshing swim or snorkelling.

If you are interested in gastronomy, you will love the location of the villa, as there are several nice restaurants within a 15 minute walk from the villa.

The villa is only 800 metres from the Pepe La Sal supermarket and associated shops.

If you are interested in clothes and fashion, we recommend a visit to the old town of Moraira, Altea or Javea, where you will find many authentic Mediterranean shops where you can buy summer clothes, jewellery and gifts for your loved ones.
