Beate - holiday bungalow with pool in Moraira

Beate is a charming bungalow furnished in a modern style. Located in a very quiet residential area, this bungalow enjoys pleasant proximity to a variety of bars, restaurants, and a supermarket, just a 2-minute drive from the Pepe la Sal shopping center. Another 5 minutes take us to the well-known coastal town of Moraira, where you can find sandy beaches along with various water activities. Sports enthusiasts will find a golf course and tennis courts within walking distance.

The bungalow offers a beautifully furnished terrace with a barbecue and access to the communal pool, for a total of 16 bungalows. It is a single-story home. We enter the interior where we find a large living room with TV and A/C, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and two bedrooms with double beds, which share a bathroom with a shower.

The washing machine is in an outdoor room next to the terrace. The upper floor is private for the owner's belongings and remains locked and unoccupied during the rental period.

This apartment offers its guests barbecue grills and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
