El Olivo - By Almarina Villas
Villa el Olivo (Moraira) is a modern and comfortable villa with beautiful Mediterranean-style decor, a large sun terrace with hammocks, a wonderful pool, and a barbecue area. Its location is incredible, less than 300 meters (a 4-minute walk) from the sandy beach of Les Platgetes and several of the Costa Blanca's most charming restaurants. Services such as a pharmacy, bakery, and takeaway food stores are also nearby. Your pet is welcome at this villa (€55 fee).

The living room has an open plan kitchen with all the necessary appliances and kitchenware for a perfect stay. Through a corridor we access to 3 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. The main bedroom has a private bathroom with shower, and the other 2 share a complete bathroom with shower. On the same floor there is a laundry room and a toilet room for guests.
The exterior of the house has its own swimming pool with a large sunbathing, a very ample terrace with a table and chairs and an addiitonal area with a spacious barbeque area.
Inside the property there is space to park up to 3 cars.
