The main bedroom has a private bathroom with shower, and the other 2 share a complete bathroom with shower. On the same floor is the laundry room and ironing area and a toilet rooms for guests.

The exterior of the house has its own swimming pool with a large sunbathing, a very ample terrace with a table and chairs and an addiitonal area with a spacious barbeque.

Inside the property there is space to park 2 vehicles.
