Villa la Calita (Moraira) is a modern, comfortable, and beautiful Mediterranean villa with a large terrace, a sunbathing area with hammocks, a pool, and a barbecue. It also boasts an incredible location, less than 300 meters (a 4-minute walk) from the sandy Les Platgetes beach and several of the Costa Blanca's most charming restaurants. Your pet is wellcome in Villa la Calita (50€ extra cost).

The living room has an open plan kitchen with all the necessary appliances and kitchenware for a perfect stay. Through a corridor we access to 3 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. The main bedroom has a private bathroom with shower, and the other 2 share a complete bathroom with shower. On the same floor is the laundry room and ironing area and a toilet rooms for guests.
The exterior of the house has its own swimming pool with a large sunbathing, a very ample terrace with a table and chairs and an addiitonal area with a spacious barbeque.
Inside the property there is space to park 2 vehicles.
