Outdoor shower, pool house with fridge and cooking stove, garden furniture, barbecue, barbecue house, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: air conditioning, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 800 m, supermarket 1.4 km, restaurant 800 m, 11 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Moraira" 1.9 km, railway station "Teulada" 7.9 km, ferry "Denia" 34.8 km, sandy beach "playa L'Ampolla" 900 m.
