I am not changing my review, it is an honest one and what we experienced.

Not the best we have stayed in. Toilet was dirty, shower cubical to small, a plastic chair collapsed causing brusing to my husband's back, broken bin. Sea view was nice but the veranda was filthy, swept it myself and cleaned table, saw two cockroaches in villa and a rat every day in garden. Plus side, when we reported it to Agents next day they sent someone out to sort it.Noisy neighbours, constant comings and goings, pool man came every 3 days which is good and the gardener came for couple of hours, put all this together, I found it hard to relax as was always expecting someone to turn up. 300 deposit they take for breakages, but I think we deserve extra as compensation.

Prima huis voor 2 personen, ruim, mooi zwembad, schoon bij aankomst (aug.2025),centraal gelegen, 3 min.met auto naar supermarkt, goed bed! 1 van de beste huisjes van de afgelopen 10 jaar enige puntje is de kleine douche. Verbeterpuntje bij zo'n huis en tuin zou ik wat luxer tuinmeubilair (loungeset en luxere dinerset en ligbedden) neerzetten.

Estacia en LA PERLA

Después de pasar cinco dias en esta casa, la verdad es que se esta muy bien y muy tranquilo. Es un sitio idoneo para descansar y desconectar. Todo muy limpio y bien puesto. Es tal y como se ve en la imágenes. Las unicas pegas, por poner alguna, una fue la iluminación exterior, que aparte del porche no habia ninguna luz más. tampoco habia utensilios para la barbacoa y que no se podia ver ningun canal en castellano, todo era alemán. Pero como he dicho antes es una casa que esta realmente bien. También tengo que decir que tubimos un pequeño problema y nos lo vinieron a resolver bastante rápido. En general muy contentos.
