The Bungalow has two bedrooms, one with a double bed, and the other with two single beds, with a newly renovated modern bathroom in between. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, and enjoy hot/cold air conditioning.
The well equipped open plan kitchen has a breakfast bar, brand new whirlpool washing machine, brand new microwave, electric hob with oven and all kitchen utensils. In the lounge / dining room you have a new sofa, two new leather recliner armchairs and a dining table with 4 chairs.
With two entrances, the bungalow has one from the Kitchen, the other from the beautiful pool area and terraces. Being South facing means this cosy Bungalow has All Day sun in the Winter and Summer months, Perfect.
An Amazon Firestick is installed with a remote control. There are some free TV apps, and you can sign in with your own Netflix account too. There is also Express VPN installed where you can view your own countries choice of channels.
The most attractive part of this bungalow is the extensive and beautiful outdoor areas. The large communal pool is directly in front of the Bungalow terrace, making it perfect for easy swimming and sunbathing on the pool terraces, or catching the sun on your own terrace in front of the bungalow. Also ideal for watching your children swimming safely.
The gardens are stunning and very well maintained, with mature palm trees, fruit trees, and established flowers, bushes, a truly beautiful place to sit and relax in the sun, or shade, and enjoy a drink or eating Al Fresco, on the sunbeds, or at the outdoor table and chairs.
There is a new Webber Charcoal BBQ for preparing your favourites. Plus there is also the large communal BBQ Area, which is set amongst mature trees, and laid to grass.
Free High Speed Fibre internet Wifi is available. Parking is easy with private parking spaces only for the use of people staying in the bungalows.
