The apartment is located in a house with private entrance and is completely independent and undisturbed from the other apartment in the basement with the entrance on the other side.
The house is located in a small, quiet and well-kept urbanization with small individual villas and a beautiful garden and pool area. There are a few stairs from the residential street to the house.
The apartment has a covered parking space.
The sandy beach "El Portet" and some restaurants are only 1. 800 meters.

Moraira has the flair of a small fishing village, but with all the amenities and amenities of a fine resort. Moraira is also called the small Saint Tropez of the Costa Blanca. Villas of wealthy residents from all over the world determine the image of the surroundings of Moraira. Moraira also has a small old town with beautiful souvenir shops and boutiques, restaurants, cafes and bars. The apartment has a beautiful open plan living / dining area with sea views, from here you can reach the small roof terrace via an outdoor spiral staircase and you have a wonderful panoramic sea view to Calpe with its mountain, the Peñon de Ifach and the Bernia massif. Against the sun, there is an outdoor awning for the dining area.

The living room consists of 2 sofas (one of which is a sofa bed) and an armchair. It has a Smart TV, air conditioning hot / cold.
Behind it is the open-plan small kitchen with gas stove, sink, microwave, washing machine and fridge with a small freezer.

The cozy bedroom has a queen-size bed (150 x 190 cm) and a closet. Here there is a ceiling fan against the summer heat.
Next door is the small shower room with toilet and a sink.

ADDITIONAL COSTS ARE:
In the winter months November to February, a monthly electricity / water / gas flat rate fee of 80,00 € is to pay or 20,00 € weekly.
